Falukorv?

En svensk namnskyddad produkt med ursprung i Falun, som blivit en känd batt få kallas falukorv modukten bl.a. innehålla minst 40g kött och vattenhalten får inte vara högre än 65 g och fetthalten inte högre än 23 g per 100 g korv.
Från början var                                                                                                                                                       falukorven en biprodukt, stora mängder nötkreatur slaktades i Falun för man behövde hudarna för att tillverka linor av, vilka skulle användas vid malmupptagningen i koppargruvan. För att köttet inte skul korv av det för hållbarhetens skull.
